During his tenure at Rush Street Gaming, Greg oversaw and executed the development of 7 mixed use casino properties in North America exceeding $3 billion of investment. In addition Greg oversaw the creation and successful IPO of the iGaming venture Rush Street Interactive.

She has built scalable compliance frameworks, training programs, and dispute‑resolution processes that strengthen operational integrity. Her track record includes successful license acquisitions, enterprise‑level repository development, and initiatives that improved retention and governance across global operations.

Ivan is a qualified accountant with over 20 years of senior experience in the iGaming
industry, across both B2B and B2C sectors. His career has focused on leading finance,
treasury, and operational functions within complex, highly regulated, multi-jurisdictional
environments.
He brings extensive expertise in financial governance, treasury management, regulatory
compliance, and strategic financial planning. He has worked closely with boards of directors,
executive leadership teams, regulators, financial institutions, and key stakeholders, providing
strategic oversight while supporting long-term organisational objectives.
VP Operations David Vargas
Operational excellence leader with over a decade of experience scaling iGaming and cryptocurrency operations. Has led fraud, payments, compliance, and risk functions for global iGaming operators, built high‑performing teams through hyper‑growth, and supported multiple online casino launches in regulated U.S. and international markets.In his previous roles, he led the design and optimization of controls, workflows, and cross‑functional processes that elevated operational performance and enabled operators to enter new markets with confidence, supporting successful expansion and long‑term growth in highly regulated environments.
Legal Counsel Larry Wheeler
General Counsel and Group Compliance Officer at G2 Gaming with 20+ years of gaming industry experience.
